Board of Trustees makes decision yesterday to keep original wording on the diploma

A unanimous decision made Thursday morning by the Board of Trustees concluded that the phrase "in the year of Our Lord" will remain on Trinity diplomas. The decision, presented in the form of a resolution, was the product of the Board's first impromptu meeting in memory.
Groups ask for more funds than usual, but get less

The Association of Student Representatives (ASR) began the process of allocating the student activity fee for 2010-2011 yesterday, when the group allocated to five chartered organizations, Recreational Sports and Campus Publication. All seven groups received less than they requested, though ASR still had groups' allocations, because funding requests this year were unusually high.
In honor of Tim Isom, the men's soccer team has held fundraisers and auctions to improve soccer complex

Construction of the Isom Memorial, a building in honor of former Trinity soccer player Timothy "Tito" Isom ('98), will begin this summer at the Jesse B. Jones Recreation Area and hopefully be completed by mid-September for the 10th anniversity of Isom's death, according to Head Coach Paul McGinlay.
