University to hear all future hazing cases

A ten-year history of Greeks adjudicating the hazing cases of Greeks ended Tuesday when Raphael Moffett, director of Campus and Community Involvement (CCI), sent an e-mail to the Greek organization presidents declaring that, effective immediately, the University Conduct Board (UCB) rather than the Greek Judicial Board (GJB) would hear and decide all cases related to hazing.

Instead, Residential Life has created a new opportunity for students to live together, known as Block Housing.

First, specialty cupcake shops popped up all over San Antonio, and now Saweet Cupcakes has introduced the city to mobile cupcake vending: a.k.a. the cupcake truck. Imagine the musical ice cream truck of your youth but with a new and fashionable twist. Sisters-in-law Tien Friedberg and Kehmay Arriola started this mobile cupcake business back in the fall of 2009 and have been doing pretty well ever since.
