Ahlburg cuts ribbon for renovated station

Newly upgraded Tiger TV broadcast station inaugurated at event last Friday, Jan. 29
The state-of-the-art, high-definition Tiger TV facility was inaugurated last Friday in the new Tiger TV studio in the Richardson Communication Center when President Dennis Ahlburg cut the ceremonial ribbon. Attendees included Jeff Wentworth, Texas state senator; Renee Flores, executive director of AT&T External Affairs; Suzanne Williams-Rautiola, co-founder of Tiger TV and retired faculty advisor; William Christ, chair of the communications department and other various faculty members, students and staff.

Science building additions underway

With the first of three building phases complete, Physical Plant is ready to start additions to CLS
The second of three phases involved in the renovations of Trinity's science buildings will begin during the summer of 2010, according to John Green, director of Physical Plant. This phase will involve additions to the west end of the Cowles Life Science building - that is, the side of the building facing the perimeter of the University.
